The new rates for import customs duties and excise tax on excisable goods imported into the Republic shall take effect on 1 October 2017.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a Resolution “On measures to further streamline the foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, which approved the new rates for import customs duties and excise tax on excisable goods imported to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
